Books, archival papers, and writing materials in a sunlit study

Our history

A foundation built for education, relief, and community care.

DUF's published story begins with a trust deed in 2015 and charity registration in 2016, then grows through learning, aid, giving, and community projects.

Reading the timeline

Public dates first. Program chapters second.

Verified milestones

The founding dates come from the Charity Commission record.

They anchor the legal beginning of Darul Uloom Foundation and its charitable purposes.

Published work

The later chapters follow DUF's own project and program pages.

Where DUF has not published a start year, the page names the chapter without inventing a date.

24 November 2015

Founding purpose

Education and relief define the mandate.

Bangladesh education chapter

Boruni Madrasah and Orphanage becomes a visible pillar.

DUF describes Boruni Madrasah and Orphanage as a Bangladesh project providing Islamic and secular education, boarding, meals, healthcare, and support for hundreds of children.

Education expands

Learning support reaches beyond one classroom.

DUF's published education work includes Hifz sponsorship and Beyond the Classroom projects alongside its madrasah support.

Present service map

The foundation connects aid, giving, and outreach.

DUF now presents education, aid and relief, community development, international outreach, Darul Khidmah, and Zakat and Sadaqah as active areas of work.
